Zack holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. He is admitted as a solicitor in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Zack’s primary practice areas include general litigation including Planning and Environment matters, debt recovery, QCAT Reviews, building disputes, bankruptcy, insolvency, defamation, contract disputes, BCIPA claims, disciplinary matters and the firm’s growing employment law practice.

Zack always tries to take a pragmatic approach in relation to disputes and litigation to ensure the best outcome for his clients and is one of very few Wide Bay based practitioners who regularly provides advice and assistance to both employers and employees in relation to all aspects of employment law whether it be advice at the beginning of employment, matters arising throughout or disputes and compensation claims when employment comes to an end.
